KarasHost provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of KarasHost are subject to the following terms of service:
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
We bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. We have a 24 hour refund policy. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards via Stripe, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, TRON and other cryptocurrencies. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. If you do not pay for service renewal within 2 days after deactivation, your account will be suspended. If you do not pay within 5 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated.
All services provided by KarasHost may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KarasHost and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service.
KarasHost shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from KarasHost servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
KarasHost cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. KarasHost reserves the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as KarasHost sees fit. Furthermore, KarasHost retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
